Continual Improvement Practice

The practice of aligning an organization's practices and services with changing business needs through the ongoing improvement of products, services, and practices, or any element involved in the management of products and services.

Impact

Stagnation is death. Organizations that fail to improve naturally degrade due to entropy (technical debt, changing market conditions).

Weinto take

Continual Improvement must be structural, not aspirational. We embed it into the workflow via Retrospectives (looking back) and Kaizen tickets (planning forward). If you don't dedicate 20% of your sprint capacity to improvement/debt reduction, you aren't improving; you're just feature-factory churning.
