Managing the full lifecycle prevents "Zombie Servers" and technical debt accumulation. Retirement is as important as creation.

We focus heavily on the End of Life. Every service we launch has an "expiration date" or review trigger. If you don't plan for how you will kill a service, you will end up maintaining it forever. Deletion is the ultimate form of maintenance.
