User Feedback

User feedback describes the qualitative and quantitative information collected from users about their reactions to a product, service, or experience. It serves as a direct line to understanding user satisfaction, frustration, and desires.

Impact

Feedback loops are critical for product market fit. Without feedback, engineering is guessing. Continuous feedback mechanisms (surveys, NPS, interviews) enable data-driven decision making and help prioritize the roadmap based on actual user needs rather than internal assumptions.

Weinto take

We treat feedback as a gift, even when it is negative. We actively solicit it through non-intrusive in-app mechanisms. However, we balance what users say they want with what their behavior shows they need (Henry Ford's "faster horses" principle).
