Warranty
Assurance that a product or service will meet agreed requirements. Warranty can be summarized as "how the service performs" and whether it is "fit for use" (availability, capacity, continuity, security).

Utility without Warranty is useless. A feature that doesn't work (unavailable) is the same as no feature.
Warranty is the Non-Functional Requirements. We consider NFRs as important as features. We test Warranty (Load Testing, Security Scanning) in the same pipeline as the functional logic.
