Structured information about all the services and service offerings of a service provider, relevant for a specific target audience. (See also: Service Catalog).
Impact
The catalogue is the "Menu" of the IT department.
Weinto take
We treat the Catalogue as code. It shouldn't be a document. It should be a YAML/JSON definition of available services, their SLAs, and costs, which drives the provisioning portal.
