Wireframe

A wireframe is a two-dimensional illustration of a page's interface that focuses on space allocation and prioritization of content, functionalities available, and intended behaviors. Wireframes typically do not include any styling, color, or graphics.

Impact

Wireframes are the architectural blueprints of the UI. They allow stakeholders to agree on structure and layout without getting distracted by visual details ("should this button be blue?"). They force clarity on content hierarchy and interaction models.

Weinto take

We treat wireframes as the structural truth. We use low-fidelity wireframes to iterate rapidly on layout logic. Once the wireframe is approved, the information architecture is frozen; visual design is merely the "skin" applied to this skeleton.
